I remember we saw a similar email from support, we did reply to that. Turns out if you change the lighting quality higher then lowest it removes the issue but not the flickering grass. I'm using a Dedicated GPU (AMD Radeon RX470). The issue I was having was a black rock texture bug, I also noticed the grass was flickering too.
